No one can call or email you from this board, but opening the program should not be an issue.

First, did you actually purchase TurboTax Business?

The personal versions of TurboTax cannot be used to prepare a 1041 for a trust.

Next, you need to install the program on your computer. You should see an icon for that purpose or. alternatively, you should have an executable file named, "2022 Windows_PC_TurboTax_Business_Download.exe" saved on your computer. 

You will need the code to install the program which can be obtained at the link below (assuming you purchased the product from Intuit.

I know this may sound picky, but just for clarity, downloading the program and installing the program are two physically different actions. Assuming you are on a Windows computer, did you double-click the downloaded .exe file after you downloaded it, to actually install it on the windows computer you downloaded it to? Yes, there are a few every  year who don't realize this. Not saying you're one of them. Just double-checking in case. You never know.

You should have downloaded an executable (.exe) file to your computer, which you need to run to actually install the S/W. Once installed, you will want to open the program and go to the "online" tab at the top of the screen and check for updates. My problem was finding the program after each update, it did a restart and disappeared and left no shortcut to reopen it. I ended up having to go the the C: drive and search for "TurboTax" to find where the program was installed to open the program. Hope this helps.
