I am using Turbo Tax Business, and I am getting notifications that forms are available, however, within the app, these forms are not populating. Any Reason?

Can you be more specific? Which forms are not populating?

Also, are you certain you are using the Business edition? If so, which type of return are you preparing (e.g., 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1041)?

If you are using TurboTax Online, please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download software, you will need to update your software. Please see the following TurboTax Help Article for instructions: How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?

I have updated my software and it says it is up to date and I am still not getting the form. Any other suggestions?

The form is not yet available, apparently (projected 2/17/2023).

The issue is Turbo Tax tells me the forms are available via email and the software tells me they will not be available until 2/17/2023. 

There is an issue between the software and the form notifications that Intuit need to resolve.
