I am using the deluxe package. $34.99 to prep/file and $36.99 to prep state. The cost to file state is $36.99. So about $108 to prep and file both state/fed ? ( NY state )

This is an untrue statement .... "he cost to file state is $36.99" ... there is no fee to efile either the fed or state returns in the online program .... that extra fee is to have the first 2 fees withheld from your refund ... if you don't like the processing charge then back up and pay for the TT fees with your own credit card.
