i am using Deluxe, how do i set it up to file four tax return like if i am using a CD

when i couid install turbo deluxe by CD it was easy to navigate, can anyone tell me how to do that, now we cant use CD

Oddly----your question is posting from online TurboTax.    If you have the desktop download, open the desktop program from your own hard drive.   Then go up to File, click it and then click New Tax Return to start a return for another family member.   

First----be certain you are using desktop---

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

If you are using online---

When you use online TurboTax software you get one return per fee.

Each return needs its own email, account and user ID.   If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, the second one overwrites the first return and it is lost forever.
