Your computer may be experiencing a loop. We have seen where simply closing the App and rebooting the computer has helped with some issues. However, please see the article below because it addresses several issues:

Please re-read my message... I am using a DESKTOP version not online. No browser. The program has a BUG.
When I am entering my data for MEDICAL spending, it just hangs up at the spot. CONTINUE / BACK do not work. ESCape does nothing. I must click on one of the headers to go to a different spot in the program to get out of that form. I have restarted the program as well as my computer.
If only there was a way to TALK to Intuit but the few times I tried that a few years ago I found their advice to be useless.
I have exactly the same issue.
Have you tried to use Force Quit? Click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, then select "Force Quit". Did you enter any $0's in the program? Entering $0's will sometimes cause issues in the program. If you did enter $0 anywhere when you get back into the program, go to forms mode and delete the Medical Expense worksheet. Then go back to Easy Step and enter the medical information again.
If the same thing happens, you can try entering the information directly on the Medical Expense Worksheet in Forms mode.
