Ok ... if you transferred info from last year then you need to address the W-2 form shell that was transferred ... return to the W-2 section and Delete the form don't just click the "I don't have a W-2" option.

You *MUST* work through the W-2 section. Near the start of that section is a selection for "I don't have any W-2's". You must select that option, and then *finish* working through the W-2 section. Until you do that, you will not be able to e-file.
