Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?
You might still be able to check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
If it says Printed or Ready to Mail that means you have to print it out and mail it to the IRS yourself.
It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Didn't work. I filed my 2019 taxes a little over a year ago. Just realized the IRS never received my 2019.efiled. Maybe they sent an email saying that it was rejected, but when I sign into turbo (i hate my customers and refuse to be reachable by phone) tax, it says nothing about anything being rejected. When I go to my documents, it shows all my 2019 forms filled out. How do I get turbotax aka worst customer service ever to re send my taxes? FFS should not be this difficult. turbo tax your automated system is a joke. will never recommend this garbage service to anyone. just terrible.
Does your tax return show Accepted? If so, please contact us and we can help you provide the information needed, so the IRS can track your return. If it does not show Accepted, does it show Started? If so, that means your return was not e-filed, however you can print and mail it in now.
