I am unable to import W-2 with current "instructions" a JUMP TO does not appear

If you are unable to import your W-2, you can enter it manually.  If the "Jump to" link isn't working, click on the Wages & Income tab (or Personal Income if using TurboTax Home & Business) then click the Start button next to W-2 and Add W-2, then follow the program prompts to complete your entry.
