You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
There may be uninstalled Windows updates. Closed all open programs and then Restart your computer.
After the computer has been restarted, start your TurboTax program again and see if the updates will install.
If the restart does not solve the problem, then try this -
Right click on the TurboTax desktop icon.
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Click on Run this program as an administrator
Click on Apply and then click on OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the updates install
