I am unable to add a dependent in My Info. The option doesn't exist as suggested to do in the help section.

We claimed my wife's mother who is 90 and living with us last year. unable to add her to the return this year.

In MY INFO you are asked if you supported anyone else. Go back through the screens in MY INFO so that you can add your MIL as a dependent,

In TurboTax Online, follow these steps to enter dependent information:

Click on My Info down the left side of the screen.
Under Your info, at the screen About your household, at the question Do you have any dependents, answer Yes.
Enter dependent information.
