Well the 2023 program will not be out until next November so you must be talking about the 2022 program we are currently using. So what exactly are you trying to do and who are you trying to contact ?
Would probably be a heck of lot easier if you just ask your question or describe your problem on this TurboTax community forum. We have tax experts and users who can answer just about any type of tax question or problem with the TurboTax program.
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
I already posted about the problem I'm having but nobody can help me.
On my 2021 tax return, it said I was owed $2065 (on Turbotax) but after talking to my state, I am owed $0.
So I want to know why Turbotax promised me $2065 for my state refund, but the state claims I am not owed any money?
TT cannot know that the information you entered for the state was correct or not so if the state disagrees with the return you filed then they should tell you why or mail you a notice with the explanation. Contact your state for assistance and when you know why they changed the return you can contact the audit support team and maybe they can talk to you about it.
If you purchased Audit Defense for your tax return, call TaxResources, Inc. at 877-829-9695, or report your IRS letter on their web site. http://intuit.taxaudit.com/ Do not contact the IRS until you have spoken to TaxResources. They may contact the IRS on your behalf.
If you did not purchase Audit Defense, you can get help with your IRS letter from TurboTax at the following link.
We can help you with your IRS letter
I already talked to the PA dept. of revenue and the rep told me the reasons including in the letter regarding how no taxes are withheld for unemployment payments.
So this was a mistake I made on the tax return that TT never addressed or corrected I guess.
Okay, I just submitted a claim and uploaded the state letter I received (Personal Income Tax Notice of Assessment) and hopefully the correction from the refund of $2065 to $0 will be applied to my account.
