The app won't let me upload the w2 it keeps timing out

Are you sure your W-2 is available? Employers have until January 31.

In the time it took you to post that question and get an answer you could have manually entered the form yourself. You should have a copy of the form in hand in order to import the form data and confirm the info that was imported is correct.
