I am trying to upload my 2020 tax return, pdf version to my TurboTax Deluxe 2021 software on my PC, but it gives me error 102346. I don't have the original .tax2020 file

I wouldn't bother trying to transfer from a pdf.  It only transfers very basic info like your name, address, ssn and AGI.  Just do 2021 from scratch and enter anything you need from 2020 as you go along.
