I am trying to review my taxes. I have a 1099-R and don't know how to find the information whether I inputted the Federal tax withheld.

The 1099-R I have shows that there was federal income tax withheld but I don't know whether I inputted the amount that was withheld.

Go back to the 1099-R section and edit to see your entries.   Or look at the 1040 form line 25b for 1099 withholding.

if that's the only 1099 with withholding the withholding will appear on line 25b if you entered it.
