I am trying to purchase online for the state tax and it won't allow me.

I purchased the turbotax deluxe, it won't allow me to enter my state tax information w/o an admin permission which I don't have, how can I purchase the online state tax part?

Are you using a work computer? It sounds like you are being prevented from downloading the purchase due to needing permission from your technology administrator at your workplace.
