I am trying to populate 'Phone number' in the 'My info' section, however this is not being accepted. I am trying to enter a German number, do not have a US number

Unfortunately TurboTax will only accept a US phone number on a US tax return. The IRS requires a US phone number.

You might consider contacting a friend and asking if you can use their number.
