I am trying to import forms from National Fidcial Services. TurboTax screen is asking for my Wealth Scape Investor ID. What is that? I don't have one?

Hw should I proceed?

You wrote "Fidcial".  Is that supposed to be National Financial Services?    That's a subsidiary of Fidelity and does provide some 1099 payment services for Fidelity, and is often listed as the "Payer" on a Fidelity 1099. if you have a regular Fidelity Investments account, are you sure you aren't supposed to be importing directly from the routine Fidelity Investments brokerage account?

If you're not sure, you may wish to give a quick phone call to Fidelity (they're easy to reach) and ask them which one you're supposed to be using for importing into TurboTax.    The fact that you don't recognize "Wealthscape Investor" makes me think you may have a regular Fidelity brokerage account instead of an account set up at National Financial Services itself.    How do you normally view your holdings and download a 1099 PDF online or conduct other account management--is it through the Fidelity website?

I am also having the same issue with my Fidelity 1099's that show National Financial Services as the Payee on my forms.  I access my Fidelity account via Fidelity's website, not through National Financial Services or Wealth Scape.  When I proceeded when I entered National Financial Services as the Payee in Turbo Tax, it then brought me to a site where it asked me for my WealthScape Investor ID.  I tried my Fidelity User ID and Password but the site told me it was incorrect.  I also tried entering Fidelity as my Payee in Turbo Tax, brought me to a Fidelity site, I entered my User ID and PW, then a message popped up that said tax forms found, return to Turbo Tax, but that didn't work either, nothing came through. What do I do now?  How do I transfer these 1099's into Turbo Tax?

I don't know if you are using the Online version or the desktop product.  That may be a known issue at least in the Online product with a workaround, that's not specific to Fidelity but also other brokerages.  I don't know about desktop version.    Did it act like the import was successful, but then nothing was available in TurboTax?    Users who have had indications that the import worked then nothing was found after importing appeared to have occurred have had to enable a specific browser possession called "allow local network access" or similar wording in regards to Intuit/TurboTax.  Some users might have gotten a browser popup asking for Intuit to "access local network" or similar wording, with an "allow" or "block" toggle.  If they denied it import didn't complete.   Some people who have set their browser security higher have "local network access" blocked by default in their browser settings and may not have gotten a prompt.  It may be configurable for specific websites.   People using various browsers have been able to find a setting for "allow local network access" then allowed Intuit/TurboTax.   Different browsers likely have a different approach to get to it in their settings.  Others simply tried various browsers until it worked.
