TurboTax Online is only available for the 2021 tax year and should not display a 2020 option. Please try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa. If you are still experiencing issues, please comment back and if possible provide a screenshot (please remove any personal information) so that we can look into this issue further.

Please explain or post a screen shot of how it's trying to do 2020. Is it wanting to Transfer from 2020 to start your 2021 return? If you used Turbo Tax in the past there may be some info sitting in y our account for last year that it transferred over. If it transferred some wrong 2020 info you can clear it out.
There is a tricky way to clear out transferred info in the Online version. But doing this will also clear out all your current entries. Go to Tax Tools -> Tools -> Transfer from your computer -> Continue -> then Continue without transferring.
