I am trying to file for free, but every time I log in it brings me to the TurboTax Live Basic version. How can I get to the free version?

To downgrade from TurboTax Live Basic to the Free Edition, please follow these steps:

Sign in and continue your return
From the left side menu, choose Switch Products and then Downgrade
Choose the blue Downgrade to Free Edition box
