I am trying to file and keep getting a blank screen. It says delux is included to i have to pay for max in order for taxes to be file?

You do not have to add MAX benefits to file your return in TurboTax. If you are having trouble with the TurboTax Online website, try to refresh your browser or you can try to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox
