I am trying to file a return for one of my sons but the site sends me to last year's information of a different son. How do I find the correct info?

I am trying to file a return for one of my sons but the site sends me to last year's information of a different son. How do I find the correct info?

You will need to create a brand new account for this son's return. Each return online requires it's own TurboTax account.

Use a different email if possible.  It sounds like your log in information is saved on your computer for the first son's account.

If you are having trouble with the TurboTax Online website, try to refresh your browser or you can try to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

You can download Chrome here: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

 If you are still having trouble you can try to clear your cookies and cache
