I am trying to enter my 1099 INT information, but when I go to put it in, it says it will import my financial information and the screen goes blank, can I avoid this?

Just trying to add my interest from my bank accounts for income and the software says it can import the information from my financial institution and that I will be impressed.  I have no option but to hit continue.  When I press that, it goes to a blank screen. No spinning dots, no wait while we get that for you, nothing. Can i just physical input the information from the 1099 INT somewhere without it trying to import it?

Yes, you can certainly manually enter your 1099-INT.  Use the info I'm linking below to enter it.

Where do I enter Form 1099-INT?

The problem is that when you do those steps, you just get a blank/white screen.
