I am trying to efile my taxes but I am getting an error message that says "Go to State Taxes - Estimated Tax Payments. You payment amount is $0. Why can't I file?

You should delete the zero, then say you had no estimated tax payments. Apparently you entered zero in a field that should have been left blank.
