I am trying to complete the filing step on Turbotax by paying through a credit card but the transaction keeps failing inspite of giving the right information.

Also it was confirmed that the credit card issuing bank havent received a request from the merchant. Does anyone have a solution?

You might want to try a different cred card.  You also have an option to pay the fees with your refund if you have any.
