Have you tried switching your web browser to Goggle Chrome? This browser usually has no problems with the TurboTax online editions.
If you have tried and get the same results then your best option is to contact TurboTax support.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have tried chrome. I tried contacting support. Its an automated switchboard which hangs up on me.
I am having same issue and the deadline is just 3 days away. Please help, how did you resolve this issue?
I tried incognito window in firefox & chrome in my PC and couldn't resolve it. Finally opening chrome browser incognito in my android phone worked.

I never did resolve it. I used a different PC and it worked without issue.
