I am trying to access 2019 taxes that are stored on my laptop but the password is not working and my question is "what is your favorite teacher?" I have gone through 12!

I want a different question to get to unlock password...The teacher one is not working. Can't ask for another question...

you must have had a good high school experience to have 12 candidates for favorite teacher.

you created the password to which you provided an answer to A security question. there was only one security question so if you don't remember the answer you're out of luck unless support can help.

LOL!  Not really..... but I am desparate to find out what I originally said!  But high school was good to me and did have some great teachers....but I KNOW what my favorite one was and Turbo won't accept it! arggghhhh!
