I am stuck on the federal review because i put the wrong state in and the zip doesn't match and it won't go back to let me correct it? What do I do?

You don't necessarily need to go back to change the state information. While going through the Federal Review, you will see a "Check this entry" interview screen which shows the error that the state and zip codes don't match. You can make the change on this screen. Please see attached screenshot.
