I am separated from my child's mother, I do not want to claim her for the earned income credit. Her mother will be filing that. I can not figure out how to take that off?
It is telling me I am eligible for the EIC. I do not want to claim the EIC as my daughters mother will be.

You cannot decide between you who will claim EIC. Only the parent the child lives with can claim EIC.
You have told TurboTax that the child lived with you 7 months or more. That's why it's giving you EIC. You can't "take it off".

Did the child live with you for over 183 nights during the year?
Who did the child live with more nights during the year?
Did the mother give you Form 8332 to claim the child?

The mother can NOT claim EIC. Only you can. If you don't want to or do not qualify, she still can't claim it. That's the law. If you send the mother a form 8332, releasing the exemption, she can claim the child as a dependent and the Child Tax credit. That will still allow you to claim EIC and Head of Household and the day care credit, if applicable.
