Yes, you can deduct the premiums paid for you and your wife as self-employed health insurance.

In the Health insurance section, go through the TurboTax questionnaire to enter your form 1095-A and continue until you arrive at the screen Do any of these situations apply? Check the box as in the attached screenshot.

TurboTax will transfer the premiums to line 29 of Schedule 1 of your form 1040.

Why is TurboTax applying taxes to my farm income twice? It adds tax when I enter the data in the Schedule F, then again during the final checks.
