I am self employed but spouse is not, and we are filing jointly. Which product should we use to cover federal and business taxes?

You need to use TurboTax Self-Employed.  This will allow you to input your business income and expenses, creating a Schedule C.   And it will also handle your and your wife's non-self-employment income and deductions.

It will do what you need done.
