I am self employed and work for one person and was always paid in checks how do i report that

I didn't get any forms because i work for myself. So would I be just a 1099-Misc or a 1099-K?

So I would be 1099-K?

and if so do I enter each check separate on its own line?

You can just enter the total.  Only the total goes to schedule C.  Each line would usually be if different people paid you or for different jobs.
