I am running Mac OS/BigSur and when I hit the download button for my Virginia state software in Turbo Tax 2021 the program freezes. Reinstalling the program didn't fix it

Alas, I see that VA forms are available, albeit not all of them, but I don't see why this would prevent me from downloading the state. My internet connection is stable, so I don't think that's the problem either. 

I am running Mac's Big Sur, which I understand is supported.

Alas, I still cannot download Turbo Tax State. When I click the Download button in the Turbotax Delux to try to down the state form Turbotax becomes unresponsive.  I am now running on a new Macbook Pro Version 12.12.1 of the OS.

Hi CarissaM, I did call this morning and Jessica was able to get the VA state to install by providing a separate file to download it. She did this after going through a long list of suggested solutions, none of which worked. So, indeed calling support was the right solution, and many thanks to Jessica.
