I am resident alien in F1 status I have been US more than 7 year. My wife is F1 student, 3rd year in US. I would like to know, can I file my taxes jointly using turbo tax

Yes, you can file jointly using TurboTax by treating your nonresident spouse as a resident.  However, you cannot e-file , but use the program to prepare your tax forms and submit by mail.
