If you have no free filing programs I am going to look elsewhere for a product that is less expensive or free

The Free File program is not active yet. It should become available mid-January.

It's 1/31/20 and it still is not working! When will it work? Guess I'm going to have to look elsewhere that is free.

According to the IRS website, Free File is now open. https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
