I am not happy with my 2016 return I would like to start over even if I have to pay again

how can I start all over again on 2016 taxes

If you would like to completely clear out the information you have entered and start your income tax returns over:

Log in to your TurboTax account
Click on the orange box that says Take me to my return
At the top of the screen, click on the drop-down next to My Account
You will see an option to Clear & Start Over - click on it
A box will appear that asks if you are sure - click Yes
Another box will appear that says "Your return has been cleared" - click on Continue

You should now be able to start your return over.
