I am not allowed to deduct my health insurance as it doesn't qualify under 2008-1 and it is already in turbo tax and I can't seem to get rid of it...how do I delete it?

I am assuming you are doing this on the Q and A screen. I suggest you try switching to "Form" from the top right-hand corner. You might be able to delete it from there. Hope that helps
