You much complete the Federal Personal Information worksheet. The AI help says to delete and add the 1099-Q info again, which I have done. Still getting the same error and can't e-file.

I just tried to file again and am still getting the same error. Has this update for 1099-Q been applied yet?

Please clarify as to whether you are still experiencing the issue. A fix was implemented, and we have received confirmation from other users that they were able to file after the program was updated on the 6th.
