I am not a parent but have Physical Custody - should i fill the 8332 Form????

I am grandmother with physical custody for my grandchild - I havent claim the kid the last 3 years because her mother lived with me, she made more money than I did so she claimed as head of household she moved on 2015 and the kid was more time with her she claimed 2015 -  but 2016 she (child) lived with me + 6 months  and I am claiming her ... should I fill the for 8332 ????

No, the 8332 only is filed if you are the custodial PARENT who is allowing the noncustodial PARENT to claim the child.  Because the child lived with you more than 6 months, you are able to claim her in 2016 and no form has to be filed.
