I am no longer self employed and I have spent 2 hours on hold trying to get ahold of someone at Turbo Tax

Hi I need help figuring out what to do. In 2019 I was self employed. This year I logged onto Turbo Tax. I erased my previous self employment Info. I have two W2's for 2020. I filled everything out. Not knowing I was logged onto Turbo Tax Self Employed I payed $170 for Self Employment service (I filed for two states) after I paid I was finishing up and I was told my Federal Taxes needed reviewed. It wants my 1099 Payer's federal EID. Well because I was not self employed in 2020 I don't have one. Because I paid for the service I can no longer downgrade and clear my info to start over. I called my bank and they are disputing the charge to Turbo Tax. But what do I do now to finish filing my taxes? I am extremely disappointed with customer service!!!
