I am missing a 1099-R. Can I save what I have done so far and continue when I have it?

Yes, TurboTax Online automatically saves your work as you progress through the tax interview. When you sign out your progress will be saved and you can sign back in and file your return at a later time when you have the Form 1099-R. To sign out go to My Account at the top and then scroll down and click Save &Sign Out.
