You will receive a letter from the IRS in a few weeks which explains what the IRS changed on your tax return to reduce your federal tax refund.

Is that just for Federal?  State comes separately. The IRS will send you a letter about any adjustment/offset that they made. They do not notify TT. 

But $120 sounds like the following TT fees: Federal + State + Pay with Refund charge + Sales tax.

So turbo tax sent me a message that they over  charged me and reimbursed me now I'm only missing 40 dollars. And I don't have state tax. I live in Tenn.
