I am married with two dependent kids (both under 17) and filing jointly. And my total wages is less than $150k. why Turbotax calculates my first-round of stimulus payment is $1700?

Didn't receive any amount for first round stimulus payment. I am expecting my first-round of stimulus payment is ( 2* 1200 + 2*500 = 3400)

Say no and enter the amounts you actually received. Didn't you get the first round?  Did one child turn 17 in 2020?  A dependent has to be under 17 on Dec 31, 2020.  

And actually joint + 2 children should be 3,400 for the first round and 2,400 for the second round.

Sounds like it thinks you are filing single with one dependent 1200+500=1700.  Better check you entries under My Info.  Have you entered your spouse and picked Married filing with spouse?
