I am married, husband and I both work, have no children. Do we both claim 1 allowance?

Many couples in your situation claim O each, and have additional taxes withheld.

I think this last time we both claimed 1 and then had an additional $10 withheld. I am just hoping we get a refund this year. Last year we had to pay in :(

Ideally, one should break even at tax time.
