You would say no if the question is addressed to you. It's possible though that you are being asked the question about your spouse. You need to use the back option to see if in the beginning of the section you are in if you chose your spouse as the person reporting the information in that section. For instance, when you enter a W-2 form, TurboTax will ask which spouse it belongs to and then the information entered will be applied to her.
