No.  If you are legally married and living together in the same household at any time in the last six months of the year then you can only file as either Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately.

No.  If you are legally married and living together in the same household at any time in the last six months of the year then you can only file as either Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately.

And even if not living together your only other choice is Head of Household if you have a qualifying child living with you.
