My wife stop working to raise our daughter, would it be better for me to file head of household than filing jointly?

You cannot file Head of Household if you live with your spouse. File Married Joint.

(HOH is generally used by single/separated parents with children.)

Married Filing Jointly is better. More importantly, you are not allowed to file as Head of Household if you are married and living together.
