I am mailing my tax returns today and paying by check. What forms do I mail?

I am mailing my tax returns today and paying by check. What forms do I mail? The instructions say to "attach first copy or copy B of form W-2 to the front of your form 1040."

But there is no "copy B" on any of the forms.

You can attach any copy of your W2 and any 1099s that show withholding in box 4.  Be sure to keep a copy for yourself.  You can make a copy if you don't have an extra one.
