After you have completed the Review process and all the error checks are passed, just follow the instructions under FILE (File a Return).   You have the opportunity to add a bank account and routing number to have your refund deposited and then you will "e-sign" your return by providing a PIN number you assign and confirming with your driver's license or other state ID form info.
