I am interested in Free Edition. But its asking for Purchase and takes me to a payment page asking for Credit card. Am I doing something wrong?

Do you qualify for the very simplest of tax returns ?  Are you a citizen/resident ?  What is your gross income ?  Do you have just a W-2  or are there other incomes ?

I am non resident. F1 student. I just have W-2

If you are still within the first five Calendar years ( counting the year of admission ), then you are still Non-Resident Alien and need to file using the form 1040-NR ( not supported by TurboTax ) -- you need to use SprinTax ( TurboTax partner), tax professional etc.
If you have completed the five year exemption period, still on F-1 OPT / etc. then we need to work out whether you are Non-Resident Alien or a Resident Alien for tax purposes.  When did you come into the country?  Which country are you from ( India? )?
