I am in the Self-Employed 2016 package but there is no link to federal tax filings. It seems that if i say upgrade to Turbo Tax Deluxe, it is actually a downgrade.

I need to be able to enter federal and state pre-paid quarterly taxes  Help!

To enter estimated income tax payments that you have made:

• In the search box, enter "estimated tax payments"
• Click on Jump to estimated tax payments (see screenshot below)
• You will be taken to the screen where you can enter the payments you made during the year
